Minister David Johnson

David Johnson was born in Galveston, Texas and moved to Houston at the age of 13. He was a member of the United States Air Force and stationed in many places around the continental United States Air Force and stationed in many places around the continental United States and the world, but as always called Houston "home".He married Andrea with whom he has four children and is the Assistant Pastor of a growing Bible based church located in the southwest portion of the city of Houston. His integrity makes him unique in this day when integrity in life is at an all time low.

He chose to become a Minster because he could no longer resist the incessant urging of the Holy Spirit. What he enjoys most about being a minister is the opportunity to Disciple an individual in the tenets of a living and wonderful life in Christ Jesus. He is guided by these words, 1 Corinthians 10:1, "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God."

"I enjoy performing weddings because I get a certain "Joy" in being inextricably bound to two people who are beginning a new walk in their lives."

As a part of the wedding persona, he feels that he must project a sense of calm in the midst of the storm. In the strong emotions that can accompany a wedding, David projects a calming influence which radiates out towards, the entire throng, especially, the Bride and Groom.
