Rabbi Dan Gordon has been the spiritual leader of the
Temple Beth Torah, a Jewish synagogue in Humble, Texas since 1998. Prior
to the temple inviting him to be their rabbi, Dan had worked for various
community organizations as a camp director, youth leader and religious
school principal. Since his congregation has many inter-faith families,
he specializes in making people of all faiths feel welcome, and views
all spiritual endeavors as opportunities for learning. He has also
gained an international reputation as a professional storyteller and
folklorist, performing and leading workshops throughout the United
States, Israel, Australia and Argentina. He is comfortable officiating a
Jewish ceremony while integrating traditions of other faiths or
co-officiating with other clergy. |
